This is to inform all members of Bharatshree Co-op Housing Society Ltd. that the Annual General Body Meeting will be held as per the provisions of the MCS Act 1960. All members are requested to attend. The agenda includes review of audited accounts, election of committee members (if due), and any other matters with the permission of the Chair.
All members are requested to clear their maintenance dues for the quarter ending 31 March 2026 at the earliest. Members with outstanding dues beyond 30 days are liable for interest as per society bylaws. Please contact the Secretary for any queries or disputes regarding your account.
The Managing Committee wishes to inform all members that the compound entry gate timings have been revised as follows with effect from 1st March 2026: Main Gate open 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Members and visitors arriving after 11 PM must use the intercom facility. This has been decided in the interest of the security of all residents.
Please be informed that water supply to all buildings will be temporarily suspended on account of scheduled maintenance of the overhead water tank and pipelines. Residents are advised to store adequate water in advance. The committee regrets the inconvenience caused and assures it will be restored at the earliest.
It has been observed that vehicles are being parked in designated fire lanes and driveways within the compound. Members are strictly advised not to park in these areas, as this is a fire safety requirement under the building code. Vehicles found blocking emergency access may be towed at the owner's expense.
