Our history, values, and the people who make Bharatshree home
Our Story
Bharatshree Co-operative Housing Society Limited was registered on 15 October 1987 under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act (MCS Rules 1960), bearing registration number PNA/HSG/TC/1127. Located at Survey No. 104/1/1 (Part), Erandwane, Bharatnagar, Pune – 411 038, the society has stood as a model of cooperative living in one of Pune's most desirable neighbourhoods for over three and a half decades.
The society was subsequently redeveloped and today stands proud with five well-built residential buildings — A, B, C, D, and E — each comprising six floors, collectively housing 157 member families. The redevelopment brought modern amenities while preserving the warm community spirit that has always defined Bharatshree.
Guided by our motto — "Unity is Strength" — every resident is a valued member of this family, and the Managing Committee works transparently and diligently for the welfare of all.
