A dedicated clubhouse available for society events, meetings, celebrations, and community activities, as per the booking process.

A well-planned mix of single car parks, stack car parks (external & internal), and compact car parks covering all five buildings.
24/7 Security
Round-the-clock watchman (chowkidar) service, CCTV coverage, and controlled compound access for the safety of all residents.
Water Supply
Overhead water tanks with PMC water supply and borewell backup. Underground water storage (UGWT) is managed by the society's plumbing consultant.
Power Backup
Common area lighting and essential services are backed up by a generator to ensure uninterrupted power in corridors, lifts, and the compound.
Waste Management
Dedicated dry and wet waste collection bins on each floor, with regular sweeper service keeping the compound and corridors clean.
Wide Driveways
4,500mm wide internal driveways on all four sides of the compound, ensuring easy vehicle access, emergency vehicle movement, and pedestrian safety.
Mailboxes & Intercom
Individual flat mailboxes for each unit, and an intercom system connecting the main gate to all apartments for visitor management.

Community Guidelines

Rules for Use of Common Areas

To ensure a pleasant living environment for all 157 families, members are requested to follow these guidelines as approved by the Managing Committee.

Quiet hours: No loud music or disturbances between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked only in allotted spaces. No parking in driveways or fire lanes.
Open space: Children's play in the open area is permitted. No commercial activity in common areas.
Clubhouse: Advance booking required. Members are responsible for cleanliness after use.
Waste disposal: Dry and wet waste to be segregated and deposited in respective bins only.
Guests & visitors: Members must register guests at the security gate. Overnight visitors to be reported to the Secretary.
Pets: Pets are permitted on a leash within the compound. Members are responsible for their pet's behaviour.
Renovation works: Prior written permission from the Managing Committee is required before any structural alterations.
