Community Guidelines
Rules for Use of Common Areas
To ensure a pleasant living environment for all 157
families, members are requested to follow these guidelines as approved by the Managing Committee.
Quiet hours: No loud music or disturbances between 10:00 PM and 7:00
AM.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked only in allotted spaces. No parking
in driveways or fire lanes.
Open space: Children's play in the open area is permitted. No
commercial activity in common areas.
Clubhouse: Advance booking required. Members are responsible for
cleanliness after use.
Waste disposal: Dry and wet waste to be segregated and deposited in
respective bins only.
Guests & visitors: Members must register guests at the security
gate. Overnight visitors to be reported to the Secretary.
Pets: Pets are permitted on a leash within the compound. Members are
responsible for their pet's behaviour.
Renovation works: Prior written permission from the Managing Committee
is required before any structural alterations.
